The Anti-Aging Power of Red Light

This study found that flies with daily exposure to red light enhanced cognition and whole body energy storage while reducing oxidation and cell death.  Retinal function, mobility and memory were also significantly improved.  The study concluded that  “670-nm light exposure may be a simple route for resolving problems of aging.”  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28917665
